| Description | We took on support and development of an existing application, written by Get Real Systems Ltd (now the PROACTIS Group). The application holds information on jobs in hand, including details about assigned engineers, job instructions, deliveries for the job and invoices raised. |

| Details | This system, called the ‘Worksheet Browser’, was written by the authors of the Proactis II system and we picked up support on this when we took over support of Proactis in 2003. Since then we have updated the application so that it uses ADO instead of ODBC. We have also added RTF style notes and integrated it with a timekeeping system and with Proactis II and made many small modifications. We are planning to port the application to VB.NET in the future. |
