| Description | We redeveloped two of our Data Mining financial reporting modules as a stand-alone VB.NET application. Into this we added lookups into MAMsoft, a business management software solution used by the customer, and a dynamic cost-centre report generator and management summary system. |

| Details | The company was using two of our Data Mining reports to produce financial reports. Previously using data from Dream, but now using data from MAMsoft, the system provided one or more cost-centre reports and summary reports. The client wanted the reports to be generated in the background and assembled into a management reports pack, with year-to-date figures being updated and previous spreadsheets being copied and saved as new ones. The work was done in VB.NET prior to our starting to use VSTO (Visual Studio Tools for Office) for Excel as a development tool. |
