Credit Card payments

We have just written a system for a client which reads a data warehouse table of credit card payment summaries, and posts the results to Dream, using two journals:

Details of payments received each day are credited to each sales agent's 'pending' ledger account, debiting the bank.
Details of the weekly payment total is advised to the agent, at which time the total is credited to the agent's real ledger account and the 'pending' ledger account is debited.

Petty Cash Returns

We are in the middle of writing a system to accept and post petty cash returns to Dream. The system will comprise:

An Excel workbook in which users enter a few simple header details (date, name, cost centre), then add an expenses sheet. On that sheet they enter details of dates, expenses and amounts. It will be possible to add subsequent sheets for other cost centres.
A "Proactis Data Mining" module which will open and validate the return, then post each sheet as a separate Dream petty cash document.

SQL Server Reporting (SSRS)

Moving on from our 'charity reporting' case study, we have now provided a small suite of SSRS report for the same organisation:

A 'top' report showing income and expenditure data for all cost centres.
A drill-down to a specific nominal from this report, showing data by cost centre.
A 'user' report showing data for all cost centres the user has permission to see.
A drill-down to a single cost centre report in the same format.
A drill-down to the details on a particular nominal.
A control table for users which flags whether the user has 'top report' access.
A control table for users and accounts to control who can see which cost centre's data.
